What Data We Collect

When you use Mobile Routes, we collect and store:

• Your account email address and business name
• Job details you enter, including customer names, addresses, service types, and scheduled dates
• Payment records you create, including payment method and status (we do not store credit card numbers)
• Photos of vehicles that you upload through the app

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage and accessed through signed URLs, meaning they are not publicly accessible. Only authenticated users can view their own photos.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not process credit cards or handle card numbers. Payment records in Mobile Routes are for tracking purposes only.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your customer data with third parties.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only — to keep you logged in while you use the app. We use Vercel Analytics for basic pageview tracking, which does not collect personally identifiable information.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@mobileroutes.app. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
