Service Description
Mobile Routes is a web-based tool for managing mobile auto detailing jobs, routes, and payment records. It helps solo operators plan daily routes, schedule jobs, track customers, and record payments.
What Mobile Routes Is NOT
- Mobile Routes is not a payment processor. We do not handle credit card transactions, authorize charges, or move money between accounts. Payment records are for your own bookkeeping.
- Mobile Routes does not guarantee route accuracy. Routes are optimized based on the addresses you provide, but real-world conditions like traffic, road closures, and construction may differ.
- Mobile Routes does not provide weather guarantees or automatic rescheduling. You can view the forecast for your job locations, but rescheduling decisions are yours to make.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information when setting up your account.
- Comply with local business regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements for your detailing business.
- Safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Data Ownership
You own your business data. Your job records, customer information, payment records, and photos belong to you. We store them on your behalf so you can access them through the app.
Limitation of Liability
Mobile Routes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Routes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You can stop using Mobile Routes whenever you choose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email support@mobileroutes.app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Mobile Routes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
